Charges were filed against plaintiff based on false allegations made by the officers. Additionally, P.O. Grosso manufactured false evidence which he conveyed to the District Attorney’s office. Plaintiff was imprisoned at the Vernon C. Bain Center until March 14, 2015. During plaintiff’s transport to the Center, plaintiff was repeatedly punched by correction officer L. Baez.
