Immediately after Plaintiff’s friend exited the vehicle, Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff with their guns drawn. Upon approach, Defendant Officers immediately directed Plaintiff to hand over her driver’s license and registration, to which Plaintiff inquired as to the reason why Defendants were asking for her license and registration. Defendant Officers stated that the vehicle was double parked and obstructing traffic. Shortly thereafter, Defendant Officers forcibly grabbed Plaintiff, pulling and pushing her, and proceeded to tightly handcuff Plaintiff with her hands placed behind her back. Defendant Officers proceeded to perform an illegal search of Plaintiff. Defendant Officers then placed Plaintiff inside their police vehicle and transported her to the 60th Precinct. Defendant Officers seized and/or impounded Plaintiff’s vehicle and drive it to the precinct. Defendant Officers met with and/or forwarded their arrest paperwork to prosecutors employed by the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
