Gustavo Rosado and Kevin Clark, Sgt. Anis Nikocevic, POs Jesus Sosa, Jelani Mills, and John Does 1-10, and Undercover POs Numbers 358 and 93 unlawfully approached, grabbed Plaintiff, and slammed Plaintiff into the ground with excessive force, causing pain and injuries to Plaintiff's left knee and both hands and fingers. Plaintiff was released on December 29, 2016 and was indicted on January 3, 2017 based in part on false statements provided by POs. Plaintiff was forced to return to court on approximately 37 occasions over the course of 3 years until all charges against Plaintiff were ultimately dismissed and sealed. \n\nOn January 5 and 10, 2017 Plaintiff was compelled to seek medical treatment for injuries caused by the POs, including x-rays, pain medication, and orthopedic specialist consultation.
