At the precinct, officers falsely informed the Queens County DA they observed plaintiff commit Obstruction of Governmental Administration and Disorderly Conduct. Plaintiff was subsequently taken to Queens Central Booking. Plaintiff was arraigned in Queens County Criminal Court.
