Specifically, the officer approach the group of individuals with a hand on his firearm, announced \"I'm an officer,\" and directed them to leave the premises. In response to the officer's director, plaintiff and his friends immediately exited the premises. Then, without any warning, the officer began to assault the plaintiff by repeatedly punching him in the face, knocking him to the floor. The officer picked plaintiff up from the floor and continued to punch and kick him. The officer continued to assault plaintiff, despite his pleas to stop. The officer ultimately shoved plaintiff onto the ground and allowed him to leave without effectuating an arrest. All charges were dismissed and sealed against Plaintiff.
