Her neighbors were renovating their home, and were conducting loud construction work from 8 AM until 7 PM. Plaintiff went outside and asked them to stop, when the neighbors threatened her and said they would call police on her. Plaintiff then returned to her home. Defendant NYPD officers John Falzarano, Christopher Ng, and Ryan Stam all arrived at the scene shortly thereafter. When plaintiff stepped out to meet them, defendants arrested her on charges of trespass, harassment, and disorderly conduct, based solely on the unsubstantiated claims of her neighbors.  \n\nPlaintiff was transported to the 122nd Precinct, where she was under the supervision of Defendant NYPD Officer Louis Campanella and Gregory Acerra. Plaintiff was handcuffed to a wall in a cell shared with a belligerent man, and she was denied repeated requests for food and water. Plaintiff was then cavity searched, contrary to NYPD protocol, by defendant NYPD Officer Kristen Caldararo, while defendants Ng and Stam stood guard. Plaintiff was then transferred to a different precinct, where she was again strip searched in full view of male officers. Plaintiff was then arraigned and released. Plaintiff was offered and declined several plea deals, before the charges against her were dismissed on the DA's motion.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.517751/gov.uscourts.nyed.517751.33.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/68936970/21/intorcia-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"discipline":[{"disposition_date":"2023-03-27","case_no":"2022-25323","recommendation":"Other","allegations":[{"desc":"Failed to activate their body worn camera."},{"desc":"Failed to make required entries in Department logs."},{"desc":"Failed to prepare required reports."}]},{"disposition_date":"2022-06-28","case_no":"2022-25280","recommendation":"Charges and Specifications","allegations":[{"desc":"Interfere with a recording device."},{"desc":"Wrongfully discourteous to an individual known to the Department."},{"desc":"Wrongfully stopped an individual known to the Department"}]},{"disposition_date":"2021-07-08","case_no":"2020-22791","charges":[{"desc":"Failed to activate body-worn camera.","disposition":"Pleaded Guilty"},{"desc":"Interfere with a recording device.","disposition":"Pleaded Guilty"},{"desc":"Wrongfully discourteous to an individual.","disposition":"Pleaded Guilty"},{"desc":"Wrongfully threatened to issue a summons to an individual known to the Department.","disposition":"Pleaded Guilty"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/22085385-seh_938148","type":"employment-history"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/22085166-seh_301512","type":"employment-history"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/TQ5H-kristen-caldararo.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"0","other":"28363","total":"136874"},"id":"TQ5H","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/TQ5H"}
