Demelia, and John or Jane Doe 1-10, who targeted Plaintiff for adverse police action due to Plaintiff's race. POs forcibly struck Plaintiff with their knees to his ribs and their elbows in his back, throwing him to the floor. At no time did Plaintiff exhibit a reason to strike him, and at no time prior to Plaintiff being struck did POs identify themselves as POs. POs then conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff's person in view of bystanders. POs fabricated a false narrative that Plaintiff had committed drug offenses, a practice endorsed by these POs previously. Plaintiff was brought to the precinct and central booking, eventually being released after 19 - 20 hours in unlawful detainment. \n\nPO Humphrey signed a fabricated criminal complaint against Plaintiff to initiate a malicious prosecution. The charges were ultimately unconditionally dismissed by the District Attorney's office.
