The officers applied excessively tight handcuffs and while placing plaintiff in the police car, injured plaintiff's back and neck.  He was in custody for several hours and then was taken to a hospital for treatment of injuries caused by the officers.  From the hospital, he was taken to Central Booking, where he was held for several hours and strip-searched.  Plaintiff was eventually arraigned on false allegations.
