Andujar requested Plaintiff's license and registration, and went to his vehicle upon receipt of the documents. He then returned to give Plaintiff a ticket. Andujar took offense at the Plaintiff's reaction and suddenly insisted that she had an open warrant, which she did not. Andujar ordered Plaintiff out of the car and started banging his metal stick on Plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff called 911 for help, but Andujar also called for back up. When PO John Does arrived, they started shaking Plaintiff's car, and once the door opened, they grabbed Plaintiff by her collar and dragger her from the car into the pavement. She was then picked up and slammed against the car and handcuffed. She was transported to a police precinct with the child who was also in her car. Plaintiff's vehicle was confiscated by the police for over two months in addition to other personal property that went missing: her shoes and work materials. Plaintiff was falsely charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration.
