Plaintiff was falsely charged with possession of a firearm that was allegedly recovered from 680 Quincy St , Apt. 4B, Brooklyn, NY on March 29, 2019. Plaintiff was not present at that location when the gun was allegedly recovered, nor does plaintiff live at that location.
