They had also turned off the air condition in the back of the vehicle where the Plaintiff was held, which made it hot and unbearable and coupled with the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff, she felt sick and requested to be transported to the hospital for medical care and attention. This request was ignored by the defendant officers. The defendant officers falsely stated to the prosecutors that the Plaintiff committed the charged crime/offenses and the prosecutors initiated criminal actions against the Plaintiff on this basis.
