The assault and battery consisted of Plaintiff being grabbed, punched in the face repeatedly, pulled out of his car, thrown against the car, had his arms violently twisted and pulled behind him and was forcefully placed in handcuffs. \n\nHe was then taken to the 75th Precinct without receiving timely medical attention for the injuries sustained during an assault and battery by police officers while in custody in the precinct. Eventually, Plaintiff was later transported to Kings County Hospital by emergency medical services for treatment. Following his medical treatment, Plaintiff was transported to Kings County Central Booking, where he stayed until being arraigned and subsequently released on his own recognizance on December 22, 2023.
