Criminal charges were dismissed on July 28, 2012.\n\nOn March 7, 2011, Plaintiff Angel Sanchez was violently shoved against a gate and unlawfully searched by NYPD Officer Flynn. Plaintiff was arrested and then strip searched in the street by Officer Flynn. Officer Flynn swore to a false account of these events. Criminal charges were dismissed on June 4, 2012.\n\nOn July 6, 2011, Plaintiff Anthony Fearon was stopped by two NYPD officers including Officer Lancia. Officer Lancia unlawfully searched Plaintiff, arrested him, and swore to a false account of Plaintiff's arrest.
