They searched Plaintiff and then proceeded to violently contort Plaintiff arms behind his back so that they \ncould apply metal handcuffs. \nDefendants proceeded to fingerprint, photograph and inspect Plaintiff’s person and property via a strip-search with an attendant cavity inspection.
