Plaintiff was transported from the 79th Precinct to Woodhull hospital for treatment. Plaintiff was transported back to the 79th Precinct, then to Brooklyn Central Bookings. Defendants provided the DA with false information that plaintiff was engaged in Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. On November 21, 2019, after 30 hours, plaintiff was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court. Plaintiff lost his bed at his homeless shelter as a result of the unlawful arrest.
