The van parked in the vicinity of Lexington Avenue and Classon Avenue, Brooklyn, and unloaded the supplies, and the driver went to a store to bring back change for the money that the plaintiff paid him, when the defendants approached the plaintiff and detained him. The plaintiff was questioned and searched without cause. The defendants found no weapon, controlled substances contraband, but arrested the plaintiff and put him in extremely tight handcuffs. The defendants also arrested the driver. \nThe defendants then transported the plaintiff to 88th precinct for processing and seized plaintiff's money without a basis, ignored plaintiff's request that he needed his medication because he is a diabetic and suffers from high blood pressure. The plaintiff was detained at central booking and the seized money was not returned to him.
