An arguement began and Police Officers Matthew Kilfoyle, John and Jane Doe 1-5 (\"Defendants\") showed up. \n\nThe Defendants used unreasonable and excessive force when they grabbed the Plaintiff by the neck, choked, punched and struck him to the ground. The Plaintiff was then tasered by one of the Defendants and placed in handcuffs before being taken to the hospital. \n\nThe Defendants actions were negligent, careless, reckless and evidenced willful misconduct.
