Defendants used an iPhone ping to go to that scene, tracing the victims cell phone. When Defendants arrived the cell phone was not at the location. Without provocation, Colon was searched by the Defendants and arrested. At the time of the arrest, Colon was wearing a light grey hoody and blue jeans and is approximately 5'2\". The description of the suspect from the robbery was that of a male approximately 5'7\" in height, who was reportedly wearing a black hoody, jeans, and a ski mask. The robber apparently took a newer model iPhone and the victim's three credit cards. Colon had about $10 on him when he was stopped no iPhone. Neither the iPhone nor the proceeds from a possible sale of the phone were found on Plainitff. Defendants falsely reported they found the credit cards and the knife used in the robbery on Plaintiff's person; no fingerprints or DNA from Plaintiff were found on those items. \n\nColon was arrested and charged.
