Prior to being asked to leave, Defendant NYPD officers Appel and Siracusa, as well as several other unknown Defendant NYPD officers, were rudely speaking to Plaintiff and his friends and threatening them. After being thrown out of the business, Plaintiff attempted to call a cab. While waiting for his cab, Plaintiff was grabbed and thrown against a police car by Defendant Appel. Plaintiff was then arrested by the Defendant officers and placed in a jail cell.
