Defendants John and Jane Does 1-10 arrived to the scene shortly thereafter.  With out warning or legal justification Defendants tackled plaintiff to the ground, handcuffed him and began punching him in the back of the head repeatedly. Plaintiff was not engaged in illegal activities, complied with the defendants requests and did not resist arrest.  Defendants searched the plaintiff and arrested him despite any evidence of wrongdoing.  Plaintiff was placed in one of the unmarked vehicles and Defendants slammed the car door on his legs. Plaintiff was taking to a local precinct where he was held overnight, and brought to Kings County Central Booking the next morning and held there overnight before being arraigned on a criminal complaint made on the basis of the defendants false allegations.
