Plaintiff opened the door and spoke with defendants, answering their questions. Defendants asked Plaintiff for certain documents to aid their investigation of a complaint. Plaintiff advised officers she would retrieve the documents, would be right back and closed the door. Defendants broke down plaintiff's door and entered her home. Defendants verbally harassed, threatened, assaulted, battered, threw to the ground, and sprayed plaintiff with chemical agents. Defendants forcibly removed Plaintiff from her residence, arrested and charged her with crimes they knew she had not committed. Defendants failed to decontaminate Plaintiff in a timely manner. Following arrest, Defendants transported Plaintiff to the 113th Precinct, where she was placed in a holding cell for several hours. Plaintiff was transported to Queens General Hospital where she remained in police custody and handcuffed to her hospital bed for more than three days. Upon Plaintiff's hospital discharge, she was returned to the Precinct for four hours, then transported to Central Booking to await arraignment. Plaintiff spent five days in police custody.
