Mr. Pogosian screamed out in pain and asked for the flex cuffs to be loosened, but the officers ignored him. He suffered serious injuries to his wrists, forehead, knees, chest, and ribs as a result of the incident. \n\nMr. Pogosian was arrested and transported to the 7th precinct where he was detained for about 5 hours.
