In a holding cell at the precinct, plaintiff was subjected to a beating over a priod of 8 to 9 minutes by the defendant officers.  He was assaulted and battered by defendant officers Waage and Randel, who punched him in the face and mouth, causing injuries, including a loosened front tooth.  Defendant officer Ramirez tightened the handcuffs on plaintiff's wrists, causing further pain. Defendant officers Ramirez, Randel, Forste, and Waage continued pushing plaintiff against the wall, and officer Forste touched plaintiff's genitals.  Plaintiff was again punched in the face by officer Waage while being held by officers Forste and Ramirez.  Defendant seargent Hoey sood by, smiled and commended the officers for their behavior.  Plaintiff was then transported to Interfaith Hospital for injuries to his mouth, neck, back, arms and shoulders, but was discharged without x-rays despite his complaints of pain and transported back to the precinct.  On March 29, 2014, plaintiff was transported to Brookdale Hospital due to complaints of severe pain, where he was examined by an ER doctor and discharged.  While still at Brookdale, the defendant officers accused plaintiff of faking chest pain and, with the help of hospital staff, threw him into a wheelchair and left the hospital.
