The officers approached Wynn and pointed guns at him when he was walking towards his vehicle. The officers then grabbed and slammed Wynn to the ground. Wynn was subject to tight handcuff, causing severe physical pain. The officers at no time had a justifiable cause of doing so. Wynn was not read his Miranda rights nor had access to his lawyer, but was subject to intense interrogations by the officers. Several hours later, on the same day, Hines was stopped, searched, grabbed and violently slammed against a wall by the officers near the 139-02 Lakewood Ave. of Queens even though the officers had no probable cause to do so. Hines was then subject to tight handcuff, causing him severe pain. Similar to Wynn, Hines too was not read out his Miranda rights. At no time did the officers have a warrant or a justifiable cause to arrest Hines. \n\nThe officers then fabricated evidence that Hines and Wynn possessed illegal drugs and fabricated a story regarding Wynn and Hines in order to further their own personal interest. During the interrogation of Wynn and Hines, the officers continuously threatened them with severe punishment unless they agree to the false evidence. Other officers, despite having the chance and duty to intervene, failed to do so. All charges against Hynes and Wynn were ultimately dismissed. He was asked for his license and registration, which he produced.  He was asked to step out of the vehicle. He was told by NYPD officers \"we think your license is suspended but the system isn't telling us why\".   As Plaintiff started to walk back to the car to get proof of his license, NYPD P.O. Stephen Giustino and others grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground.  Other officers then handcuffed him extremely tightly.  Plaintiff suffered head and eye injuries.
