Plaintiff Cid was dragged from her vehicle and punched by the other driver. Plaintiffs called 911 and when the NYPD Defendants arrived, Plaintiffs were arrested instead of the other driver. Plaintiffs even showed the defendants a video of Plaintiff Cid being dragged and punched. Despite expressing they did not want to be arrested, Defendant Montoya handcuffed them. Plaintiffs were held for six hours at the police precinct.
