Defendant NYPD officers sergeant Latyna N. Latimore, Jonathan McDonald, and approximately seven other officers began pushing and yelling for everyone to get onto the sidewalk. Defendant officers began speaking with the host of the party who was then violently arrested. The defendant officers did not provide a dispersal order. People present began recording. Defendant officers began arresting pedestrians. Defendant officer Jonathan McDonald pushed the plaintiff, sender her flying several feet and causing injuries multiple injuries. Approximately three officers then dragged the plaintiff on the ground, violently yanking her arms and legs. Defendant sergeant Latimore flashed her taser at the plaintiff with an intent to make plaintiff believe she would use it. As a result of these events, plaintiff suffered deep scrapes to her arms and shoulders, back, and injuries to her spine. During her detainment plaintiff requested medical treatment but received only saline.
