Defendant Raso grabbed Plaintiff and pushed him down on the street, and then Defendant Raso punched Plaintiff directly in the face. \n\nDefendant Raso did not provide his badge number. As Plaintiff was being handcuffed, he asked both Defendant Raso and Defendant Centner what he had done wrong. It does not appear either Defendant answered Plaintiff.
