Plaintiff was subsequently searched and forcefully placed in a police vehicle.  She was transported to a nearby police precinct, where she was searched and confined in a holding cell without her consent.  Without justification, the defendant officers charged plaintiff with Disorderly Conduct - Creating a Hazardous Physical Condition.  The defendant officers filed false paperwork with the DA, falsely stating that plaintiff was observed on a public sidewalk with an unattended black guitar bag a few feet from her control or observation.  Plaintiff was incarcerated for six hours, and at her subsequent court appearance, the charge against her was dismissed.
