Plaintiff complied and Defendant searched him. Plaintiff told the Defendant he was just riding home and then Defendant searched him a second time and handcuffed him despite no contraband being recovered and no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that Plaintiff had committed any crime. Plaintiff was brought to the Precinct and Defendant Officers levied false claims against him. Those charges were adjourned in contemplation of dismissal. On January 4, 2013, Plaintiff was walking in Brooklyn when plain clothes Officers in an unmarked car pulled up next to him and stopped. Defendant Officers exited and searched Plaintiff and again arrested him without reason.
