Plaintiff was unlawfully grabbed, detained and arrested inside his residence and did not resist arrest. An unlawful search was conducted upon Plaintiff's person or within his immediate control but Defendant Officers recovered nothing.  in a holding cell, Plaintiff told Defendant Officers that he was under the care of a doctor and required medication, but Defendant Officers ignored his requests for medical attention. One Defendant Officer then led Plaintiff to a closed room and punched him about the face and chest. Additional Defendant Officers within earshot of Plaintiff laughed as he shouted for help noting a failure to intervene by other Defendant Officers who were present during the unlawful arrest. While at Central Booking, Plaintiff pleaded for medical attention for the second time but Defendant Officers ignored Plaintiff's plea and told him that they do not care if Plaintiff was \"dying on the floor\". One Defendant Officer added by saying to \"suck my d*ck.\" Plaintiff was transported to a local hospital and treated for his injuries. As a result of the Defendant Officer's false representations, Plaintiff was unlawfully detained approximately 3 months at Rikers Island before he was released.
