Defendants then arrested plaintiffs with tight handcuffs, causing injuries and substantial pain. Without any provocation, defendants then struck and kicked plaintiffs, as well as slamming them to the ground multiple times and employing chokehold. While in custody, plaintiffs were strip-searched, and during arraignment they were falsely prosecuted with committing a crime. All charges against plaintiffs were eventually terminated in their favor.
