The Defendants, with their firearms drawn, ordered Plaintiff to stop. Plaintiff complied and the Defendants grabbed Plaintiff, threw him to the floor, placed him in handcuffs, and dragged him across the floor. The Defendants, with their guns drawn, rushed into the premises and threw other residents of the apartment to the ground. One of the other residents was thrown to the wall and sustained blunt force trauma injuries to her head. The Defendants placed all residents of the apartment under arrest despite no legal justification to do so.
