Officers then unlawfully arrested the plaintiff and took him to the 69th Precinct where he was held for several hours and improperly strip searched while he was in custody. Again, the search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs or contraband. Nonetheless, plaintiff was eventually transferred to Kings County Central Booking where he was held for several more hours before he was arraigned on a criminal complaint sworn to based on the false allegation of the defendant officers. Without legal justification or excuse, the officers approached Plaintiff and began to question him, making threatening comments to him that he was a bad parent for having his son in the park. Plaintiff was not engaged in any suspicious or illegal activity. POs Breville, Saxon, and Fil then began to arrest other individuals who were inside of the park. At this time, the officers called for back-up, and an additional number of officers arrived at the scene. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing on the part of Plaintiff, the officers searched him. The search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband. Yet, the officers formally arrested Plaintiff for no legal reason. Plaintiff was brought to the precinct, where he was held for several hours and improperly strip searched by PO Saxon. The strip search yielded no evidence of any guns, drugs, or contraband.
