Plaintiff told PO Page they made a mistake but PO Page and others continued to yell that Plaintiff stole a car. Plaintiff was arrested, handcuffed, criminally processed including a strip search, then incarcerated variously at central booking, a boat prison, and Riker's Island until approximately November 19, 2014 when all charges were dismissed. Plaintiff was ultimately falsely imprisoned for approximately 56 days. Plaintiff was beaten at Riker's Island and corrections officers refused to provide Plaintiff medical care. \n\nOn November 5, 2014 Plaintiff John Fanfan's grandmother Plaintiff Marie Fanfan was away from her apartment when unnamed officers illegally caused the lock to her apartment to be broken and conducted an illegal search. POs then installed a new lock but did not provide a key to Plaintiff Marie Fanfan and she was forced to live and sleep on the street until the next day. On November 6, 2014 Plaintiff Marie Fanfan appeared at the 113th Precinct where she was falsely told that her grandson Plaintiff John Fanfan was \"no good,\" that he had \"broken out of Rikers,\" and that they had a warrant to search her apartment. Sgt. Gonzalez later admitted these statements were false. \n\nPlaintiff John Fanfan suffered multiple injuries, pain, distress, post traumatic stress disorder, emotional and psychological injury, and great indignity as a result of this incident.
