Defendant POs was then arrested without probable or reasonable cause and without justification taken to a holding cell and searched within the premises of Co-op City. Plaintiff's car was also searched, against Plaintiff's will and without justification. \n\nPlaintiff was placed in handcuffs that were too right and had difficulty breathing. Plaintiff requested medical treatment and was denied such treatment. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking and held until seen by a judge.
