Defendant officers then handcuffed Plaintiff and forcefully lifted him into the backseat of the police car. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and detained around 24 hours before being unlawfully charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing government administration. Plaintiff was then taken to the hospital for the injuries inflicted by Defendant Officers.
