Defendant Castro ordered the Plaintiff to open the door to his apartment, and Plaintiff complied opening the door slightly. Defendant Castro said, \"You don't know him? Are you sure he isn't hiding in your apartment?\" to which Plaintiff responded he did not and he was not hiding in his apartment. Plaintiff was ordered to exit his apartment, and when Plaintiff refused, Defendant Castro grabbed him and violently pulled him out of the apartment. Defendant officers Wilkerson and Melian were ordered by Defendant Castro to search Plaintiff's apartment.
