Moments later, two police officers, Ryan Kirkwood (Tax #950688) and John Doe, arrived and challenged Alcindor's presence. When Alcindor expressed his frustration at the stop, Defendants said they would arrest him simply for talking back. They arrested Alcindor without explanation or probable cause. Over the course of over 48 hours, Alcindor was transported to the local police station, Jamaica Hospital, Central Booking (for over a day), back to the station house, and then returned to Central Booking. Defendants falsely claimed Alcindor damaged property, despite video footage showing that he did not engage in any conduct that could reasonably be viewed as criminal. All charges were dismissed against Alcindor.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=VmJB82C8_PLUS_QoYw_PLUS__PLUS_ctvWi/Q==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21024986-kirkwood-70a03c754588cfd47ed92f34b27744bb6d52d0c9","type":"brady-giglio"}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"16269","other":"20646","total":"145426"},"email":"ryan.kirkwood@nypd.org","id":"V3BD","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/V3BD"}
