The Boutari defendants appeared, announced that they were looking for guns and drugs, and grabbed and arrested many of the gathered individuals. They grabbed and arrested Mr. King, tightly handcuffing him behind his back; their search of his person found no contraband. They took him in for arrest processing. When Mr. King appeared in criminal court on July 23, 2015, as ordered, he was advised that the false charges against him were adjourned to January 22, 2016, at which time they were dismissed and sealed. \n\nOn or about October 18, 2015, at 12:00 a.m., unknown P.O.s John and Jane Doe arrested Mr. King at 131 Belmont Avenue, Apt. 3F, Brooklyn, and falsely charged him with criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and unlawful possession of marijuana. Prior to the arrest, Mr. King was at 131 Belmont visiting his friend Mr. Marlon Sealey, who lived there, and their mutual friend Mr. Jahquest Johnson.  When Mr. Sealey stepped out to throw out the trash, he was stopped and interrogated by P.O.s John and Jane Doe. When Mr. Sealey returned to his apartment, the officers appeared and forcibly gained entry. They tightly handcuffed Mr. King, Mr. Sealey, and Mr. Johnson. They then searched the three men along with Mr. Sealey's entire home, finding no contraband. They took the three men in for processing, where they were interrogated by officers including Detective White. P.O.s John and Jane Doe falsely told prosecutors that Mr. King, Mr. Sealey, and Mr. Johnson were each in possession of a firearm and marijuana. Following several court appearances, the false charges against Mr. King were dismissed on April 29, 2016. \n\nOn or about October 23, 2015, at 9:30 a.m., Detective White, Officers John Doe and Officer Jane Doe (collectively, \"the White defendants\"), seized Mr. King without cause at 320 Jay Street, Brooklyn. Mr. King was in an elevator going to a courtroom for proceedings related to the events relayed above. The White defendants tightly handcuffed him behind his back and searched his person while pushing, shoving, kicking, and grabbing at him. They removed him from the courthouse and transported him to the NYPD 73rd Precinct.
