While speaking with his mother, who had driven by in her car, defendant police officers ordered plaintiff's mother to move her car.  As she attempted to park, the defendant officers again loudly ordered her to move the car.  When plaintiff explained that she was parking, a defendant officer said to plaintiff, in sum, \"fucking cocksucker,\" drew his gun, and pointed it at the plaintiff.  Subsequently, plaintiff was assaulted by multiple defendant officers; some held him down while others struck him with closed fists and batons to his head, legs, and groin area.\n\nPlaintiff was then taken to the 77th Precinct, where the defendants falsely informed the Kings County District Attorney's Office that they observed plaintiff commit various crimes.  He was subsequently transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the incident, including receiving 10 stitches to his right shin. \n He was returned to the 77th Precinct, and thereafter, underwent multiple transfers between Kings County Central Booking, where he was arraigned, and the hospital for continued treatment.  Finally, after approximately four days in custody, the plaintiff was released but remained unable to walk without severe pain, requiring follow-up medical treatment.
