Plaintiff's mother answered the door and several New York City Police Officers, including defendants Robert Konner and Estefani Cerda, pushed their way into the apartment without permission, consent or displaying a warrant. The officers alleged that on August 1, 2017, in front of 3475 Bivona Street, Bronx, New York, they observed Plaintiff engage in firing a loaded firearm in the direction of his own brother striking him in the abdomen, when they knew such claims to be untrue and complete fabrications. Defendants, including Konner and Cerda, were fully aware that Plaintiff did not engage in any illegal activity, but knowingly and intentionally chose to state that they observed Plaintiff in possession of and firing a loaded firearm, to justify and excuse an otherwise invalid arrest. Plaintiff had multiple assaults and batteries committed to his person including but not limited to being placed in handcuffs too tight.\nPlaintiff was taken to Riker's Island Correctional facility and subjected to multiple illegal strip searches with cavity inspection at the Riker's Island Jail. Plaintiff was released after being in police custody for over fifteen hours, on or about August 23, 2017. The defendant officers, including Konner and Cerda, intentionally provided false information to the Bronx County DA's Office so that a criminal prosecution would be initiated against Plaintiff, namely that Plaintiff was observed firing a loaded firearm, striking his brother in the abdomen.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=AnrXjkhkMW7PqI2yl6nBXg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"V74M","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/V74M"}
