Plaintiff's saw Defendant Officer Mutis on the street and complained to him about their mistreatment. Defendant Officer told Plaintiff's they should file a civil suit and Plaintiffs felt that Defendant was ignoring their complaint Defendant Officer then told Plaintiff Wife to leave and kicked her in the rear end. This was upsetting to Plaintiff Husband who yelled at the Defendant. Defendant Mutis then punched Plaintiff Husband in the face, knocking him to the ground, and called for backup. Defendant Officer Canniff then joined Mutis and they forcefully arrested both Plaintiffs and filed false charges.
