Plaintiff later sought medical treatment for physical and emotional injuries. Defendant Officers pulled up in their marked police vehicle and stopped next to a parked car near Plaintiff. Defendant Fitzgerald, while sitting in the front passenger seat of the marked police vehicle, extended his hand outside of the window and took a small object from an individual who was sitting in the driver's seat of the parked vehicle. Shortly after, the marked police vehicle backed up, allowing the parked vehicle to drive away. Then, Defendant Police Officer Scott Pariona lowered the front driver's side window and asked Plaintiff's what they were looking at. Plaintiff responded and Defendant Pariona got out of the vehicle and shoved Plaintiff Braimah. That is when Plaintiff Braimah informed Defendant Pariona he was recording. \n\nUpon walking away, an individual the Plaintiffs were with (michael Atkins) was  struck by Defendants Pariona and Fitzgerald, Plaintiffs pleaded them to stop. Fearing for Atkin's life, Plaintiff Dukuray climbed on the trunk of the car where Mr. Atkins was pinned and kicked Defendant Pariona in the head before running away. Then, Plaintiff Braimah struck Defendant Pariona in the back of the head once, and also ran away. Upon seeing the Officers, Plaintiff Dukuray stopped running and put his hands up in the air. Despite this, Defendants tackled Plaintiff Dukuray and struck him with closed fists multiple times in his head, torso, and buttocks. When Plaintiff Braimah exited the park, he encountered a Defendant Officer who had his gun pointed at Plaintiff Braimah. \n\nWhile at the precinct, Plaintiff Dukuray asked Defendant Officers numerous times to loosen the handcuffs because they were too tight and hurt his wrists. A police officer said to another officer that Defendant Braimah has a lawsuit, to which the officer responded someone has to teach him something. At which point, Plaintiff Braimah was thrown into a holding cell, and numerous Defendant Officers, including PO John Does 1-10, struck his head and body with closed fists, as well as kicked his head and body.
