The messages included statements such as that Ahmed was \"sick of [Plaintiff's] ghettoness and that [Plaintiff] belonged in a shelter, not in [Ahmed's] home.\" Plaintiff had only recently moved into the third-floor apartment of Ahmed's building located at 81-17 102nd Road in Ozone Park, Queens, but had been warned by other tenants of Ahmed's long history of abusive behavior toward her tenants and her equally long history of interaction with police officers from the 102nd Precinct. As a result, Plaintiff moved her car to placate Ahmed, but on her way to her vehicle encountered Ahmed on the street acting irate and psychologically unstable. Ahmed's conduct was troubling enough to Plaintiff that Plaintiff called 911 for police assistance.  \n\nUpon the arrival of Defendant NYPD Officers MARISOL TORRES and SGT. GOLDENBERG, Plaintiff explained why she called for assistance and showed the officers Ahmed's threatening texts. However, upon learning that Plaintiff had called the police, Ahmed falsely accused Plaintiff of having threatened her with a knife. Despite the fact that the officers searched Plaintiff and found no knife and even told Plaintiff that they had dealt with Ahmed many times and knew her to be \"crazy\" and not credible, the officers placed Plaintiff under arrest at approximately 10:00am. The Defendants allegedly even told Plaintiff that \"she would not be prosecuted because they would tell the prosecutors that [Ahmed] got her falsely arrested.\" (Line 39). Plaintiff was transported to the 102nd Precinct where she was photographed and fingerprinted and then left handcuffed to the bar of a cell door for several hours. Plaintiff became ill during this period and vomited and then was transported to Queens Central Booking at approximately 7:30pm. Plaintiff was arraigned that same day and unlawfully charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Menacing. The Defendants failed to forward exculpatory information to the DA's office.
