While at these facilities, Plaintiff had his fingerprints and photograph taken without his consent and confined without legal justification. Defendants then arrested Plaintiff and falsely informed the District Attorney's Office that Plaintiff committed a crime.\n\nAfter Plaintff's arrest, he was arraigned, charged with several crimes, and incarcerated for over 24 hours. After Plaintiff's release, Plaintiff was required to make numerous court appearances until all criminal charges against Plaintiff were dismissed in his favor. Plaintiff believes that the Defendants stopped him solely due to his age and race. As a result of Plaintiff's experience with the Defendants, Plaintiff sustained physical pain, emotional pain, loss of liberty, emotional distress, humiliation, loss of life, fear and intimidation for his safety, and great and permanent bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body, and limbs, rendered sick, sore, lame, and disabled. All criminal charges were dismissed and sealed.
