Plaintiff was falsely charged with assaulting a member of her ex-boyfriend's family. Plaintiff was later arrested once more, on October 14, 2015, for purportedly making threatening calls and sending threatening text messages to her ex-boyfriend.  Defendant NYPD officers had reason to know the allegations against plaintiff by her ex-boyfriend were without merit. Plaintiff suffered emotional injuries as a result of these false arrests. All charges against plaintiff were dismissed in November and December 2015.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=UXGi5d/BUZdQ6pncMi9DlA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21016818-daf-diisla936498","type":"brady-giglio"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/VBPH-frederic-disla.jpg","id":"VBPH","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/VBPH"}
