Plaintiff said neither were his. The officers made fun of the Plaintiff's speech impediment, and one told the other to \"cut his smart ass\". Defendant officers humiliated Plaintiff and  said \" can you believe this kid wants to be a lawyer but he is dumb as fuck\". The officers drove around NY county for over 3 hours with the Plaintiff locked in the back and refused to loosen the handcuffs even though Plaintiff said they were too tight and were hurting him. Plaintiff was taken to the 30th precinct put in a holding cell and held in custody for a few hours. Plaintiff was released from custody and given a Desk Appearance Ticket for court on July 21, 2014.
