The Defendant officers took Plaintiff into a cell, still in handcuffs with his ankles in shackles and continued to repeatedly beat, kick and hit the Plaintiff in his back, neck, wrists, and body without justification, and knocked Plaintiff's teeth out of his mouth. Defendant officers ignored Plaintiff's injuries and request for medical treatment for approximately 13 hours before calling for medical assistance.
