Plaintiff Tucker spoke with the person, and believes it was a city building inspector, Defendant Dulal Bhattacharjee.  Some time later, Plaintiff Tucker responded to a knock on the door and was confronted by Defendant Officers Maurice O’Connor and Anthony Bruno.  Without identifying themselves, the officers pushed their way into the home.  Defendant Officer O’Connor dragged Plaintiff Tucker down stairs and to the lawn, demanding to know where the camera was.   Plaintiff Tucker truthfully stated that her camera was in her purse inside.  Defendant Officer O’Connor then illegally and inappropriately searched Plaintiff Tucker by reaching inside her clothing and undergarments without her consent.  Frustrated, Defendant O’Connor pulled Plaintiff Tucker’s hair and struck her until Defendant Officer Bruno restrained him.  Plaintiff Tucker was handcuffed and put in a car.  \n\t\nOfficers then illegally re-entered the home without permission or consent.  They found no camera, but did find Plaintiff Chance sleeping with headphones on.  Defendant O’Connor seized Plaintiff Chance at gunpoint and handcuffed him.  Plaintiffs were transported and after being held for 30 hours, were arraigned for grand larceny and other charges.
