Defendants approached and accused Plaintiff of criminal acts before smashing both of Plaintiff’s driver’s and passenger’s side window, tasering Plaintiff without provocation, seizing plaintiff violently and aggressively grabbing Plaintiff’s head and body. Defendants searched Plaintiff by shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff and violently contorted his arms and wrists behind his back to which their applied metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Plaintiff complained and requested the handcuffs be loosened, but defendants ignored plaintiff’s pleas and conducted an illegal search of his person. Defendants placed Plaintiff in a police vehicle and transported him to the 67th Precinct where he was fingerprinted, strip-searched with attendant cavity inspection then later transported to Central Booking. On November 26, 2023, plaintiff was released from physical custody after his arraignment. Defendant signed and forwarded a criminal court complaint to the DA, in which he affirmed the truth of fabricated allegations against Plaintiff.
